Jean-Philippe Olivier

Jean-Philippe is the head of Investment Specialists (IS) and member of the Management Committee at MAQS since November 2017. MAQS manages all Multi-Asset, Quantitative and Solutions strategies of BNP Paribas AM. At BNPPAM since 2004, he headed the SIGMA department’s IS, creating several innovative award-wining strategies, headed the Commodities’ Portfolio Management team and was a member THEAM’s Executive Committee since 2014. He started at BNP’s trading floor in Tokyo in 1994, then Financial Engineering and derivatives’ sales, then the group’s General Inspection. Jean-Philippe holds a master’s degree in Management (Paris XII University) and a postgraduate DESS in Financial Engineering (University of Caen, France).
